System Change is what sparks my mind. A Mastery of Business and Empathy (Small Giants Academy 2022) and building and leading a Te Mana o Te Wai programme within the iwi space has allowed my approach to take form through Weavership. Leadership and Strategy embodied as living systems.

My vocation is to restore the connection between people and land. Weaving alternative narratives with threads of old and new stories, context, aspirations, ecological truth and other passionate people to get meaningful reconnection. I love being with the ecosystem of your work.

Although (or because) my work is found more in the inner landscapes (the head and heart spaces), in other parts of life I am very much in my hands.

On the whenua, in the moana, with my whanau, making food, reconnecting with my why. These environments are the well of my inspiration.

I see a need for groups, businesses, and organisations as they navigate their way through the complexities of vastly changing landscapes. I’m here to meet them where they are, supporting them to articulate and integrate into well living systems. 

Weavership is my heart mahi (heart work), alongside the responsibilities of caring for our children, land, businesses and Self. Any enquires will be responded to within the rhythms of these life flows.

bell hooks didn't capitalise her name to allow the work to be centred. I feel the same, hence why Weavership exists. While I am here, I do believe the answer is within you. In essence, all these re-sources are a series of questions, with the answers to be found in your Self.

I am available for facilitation of the Embodied Strategy process in person and online, mentorship, and to create re-sources and practises in response to your organisations needs. Interest in this, and anything else, are welcomed below.
