Welcome / Nau mai haere mai

Weavership emerged as a term for power-with leadership (amongst other things).

As a response to our separation from the natural world, and exploring ideas of reconciliation, three re-sources began to take shape.

The first, and the most intimate is Huri Tai : Huri Au - A calendar that invites you to notice where you are with the lunar and menstrual cycle. The calendar can be used by those who do not bleed too - we are all water bodies.

The second is Embodied Strategy. A pathway to reconciling our bodies of work within a living world. A way to engage our heart and body intelligences alongside our beautiful minds.

The third is The Story of Wai. The Story of Wai is a framework to help understand the health and well being of our environment through water. The Story of Wai is still percolating, and at the rate each re-source takes to reach completion, it will be at least 2027 before this is released.

I came to the term re-source as returning to source via Carol Sanford. And while these re-sources have flowed through me, they have been inspired by many I can articulate and many I can not.

Weavership is my heart mahi (heart work), alongside the responsibilities of caring for our children, land, businesses and Self. Any enquires will be responded to within the rhythms of these life flows.

bell hooks didn't capitalise her name to allow the work to be centred. I feel the same, hence why Weavership exists. While I am here, I do believe the answer is within you. In essence, all these re-sources are a series of questions, with the answers to be found in your Self.

I am available for facilitation of the Embodied Strategy process in person and online. I can also accompanying you or your organisation with Embodied Strategy. Interest in this, and anything else, are welcomed below.

Thank you, Kelly.
